Warwick Blvd has been a sea of these orange construction barrels for quite some time. It is an adventure that nearly requires an off-road vehicle to make your way around it with the constant bumps, potholes and dips. I was at the stoplight waiting to leave Harris Teeter and noticed the usual barrels. I hadn't gotten a photo of the day so I snapped one quickly. Hardly inspired, well composed or really that interesting so I played with another Photoshop function for practice. I chose the Plastic Wrap effect because it seemed appropriate for the plastic barrels.

The plastic wrap effect is very cool. Looks like one of those mosaic walls you see in high school commons areas. (Go Wildcats!)
