While visiting Sarah at Music and Arts this weekend a piano arrangement of Appalachian Spring by Aaron Copland caught my eye. It is my favorite piece of music for many reasons and so I couldn't pass up taking a copy home. While I am a little unsure of how one could possibly boil that piece down to just a piano part I remember that Pictures at an Exhibition was once a piece of piano music too...I am looking forward to working on learning it. I hope to be able to really take the time to sit down and to learn it.
