Each Wednesday we switch off cooking for our pre-kickball dinner. This week is Dan's week. He came into work today with two large Country Crock tubs and I asked if it was dinner. He said yes and that we were having butter for dinner. It became a joke that ended with him doing a pretty impressive impression of the Gingerbread Man from Shrek. I took this photo of Dan showcasing his butter dinner before he cooked it. (It was really potatoes and mini-hot dogs to go with our beef sandwiches.)For those readers keeping track, we lost yet again tonight to the top team in our league. The final score was 3-2 so it was a close game. Maybe next week...
